About Me

From decades of practice, retreats and study as a Meditator and Yoga Instructor, I have created several workshops and classes in which I share the supporting science behind the benefits of mindfulness and offer simple techniques to settle the mind, reduce stress and become more resilient in daily life.

I began as a practitioner of Trascendental Meditation in the 1970's, adopted a dedicated Yoga practice in the late 90's, and became a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor in 2000.

I am a graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation Teachers Certification Program (MMTCP) taught by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield in collaboration with the Greater Good Science Center. And, a member of the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA).

It is always my pleasure to share the foundations of meditation practice and mindfulness techniques that help us all find balance and clarity in our lives.
